Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time We ship via USPS. Once your order has shipped, you can expect delivery within 3–5 business days.

Shipping Confirmation Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Lost or Damaged Packages Chi Signature is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by USPS. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@chi-signature.com with photos of the damage.
